Current Role:
As one of the co-founders and partners at Kinetic Label Services, Steve Hangartner oversees the company’s business strategy, financial operations, and new product innovation.
Industry Experience:
Steve has a 28-year career as an entrepreneur in management consulting, telecommunications technology and business development. He was co-founder and managing partner of Teracore, a consulting services firm which he grew to over $25M before successfully selling.
Mr. Hangartner also served for six years as a partner with North Star Development Ltd., a private firm developing energy and real estate projects throughout the Caribbean. His experience in business process and managing rapid growth in early stage ventures was instrumental for North Star as the company generated projects totaling over $100 million in construction cost while he was engaged.
Current Role:
Mr. Martin is responsible for all Kinetic Label Services' manufacturing, production, and delivery. In that capacity, he also oversees product design and quality assurance processes for any shipped product. Shane also manages the company's key supplier network for raw material supply and our quality program.
Industry Experience:
Shane has over 25 years of direct, hands-on production experience with an extensive range of label deliverables in both actual manufacturing and management capacities. His customers span a spectrum from local distributors all the way to select Fortune 500 businesses, delivering in all cases a quality product on-time and on-budget. Shane has literally been responsible for producing and shipping billions of labels per year over the last decade. His stellar record for delivery and product quality is a key component of Kinetic Label Services' long-term growth strategy.
Current Role:
Customer Care is a foundational element of Kinetic Label Services' mission, and Ms. Todd is uniquely qualified to lead that initiative. She manages the day-to-day relationships with our customers and seeks to assure that the quality of their interactions with Kinetic is exemplary. Elizabeth's ability to successfully resolve service related issues has resulted in a consistent stream of customer accolades throughout her career.
Industry Experience:
Elizabeth brings over two decades of supporting label customers to Kinetic. Her extensive knowledge of the industry and supporting customers' requirements was gained through ever expanding responsibilities with three different label converters. She is consistently recognized by her customers for her professionalism, knowledge, and customer-centric commitment. Indeed, many of her customers have stayed with her throughout her growing career - such is the confidence and trust they place in her.
Current Role:
Mr. Bishop is co-founder and President of Kinetic Label Services. Greg leads the label services business and his primary focus is on growth strategy, client success and company culture.
Industry Experience:
Greg's extensive senior management experience in the label industry has helped him establish a strong and trusted relationship with both customers and suppliers for more than a decade. He has been personally involved in many unique and large opportunities that were successfully implemented from the combined talents and initiative of the teams he led.
Prior to entering the label industry, Greg spent 20 years in progressively more senior management positions in the retail industry, international technology/software and with a global management consulting firm. His work with many major retailers and service companies has instilled the importance of servant leadership relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.
